WHAT’S INCLUDED

Suite
You’ll have access our vintage style Bridal suite complete with a mini-fridge and sink - the perfect setting for you to relax & prepare for your big day.

Furniture
All of our furniture is included! We have 150 wood folding chairs, 3 vintage wood tables, lounge seating and several banquet tables. See our INVENTORY for a full list and photos. Additional chairs and tables can be coordinated by us and rented from an outside vendor at an additional cost.

Lighting
33 LED ceiling lights & 14 LED Up Lights - programmed to whatever color you would like! Strands of dimmable cafe lights hang in our SHOP area. Focusable cable lighting hangs in our SHOWROOM Area.

Kitchen
You (or your caterer) have usage of our kitchen - with a large farm sink, full size fridge and stainless steel counter prep areas.

Outdoor Space
Behind the SHOP space our garage door opens up to a 20 x 50’ area that’s ideal for food trucks, additional seating, or outdoor cooking (think wood fired pizzas, BBQ & taquizas)!

Event Host
One of our trained professional event hosts will be onsite to ensure your day goes perfectly.

Setup & Cleaning Staff
Our team will set up all furniture based on the floor plan you design with us. We also will clean the space prior to and after your event.

White lit trees, vintage cupcake stands and platters, beverage dispensers, drink bins, unique chalkboards and more are yours to choose from. See our Inventory section on our web site for our current available items.

Table Linens
Choose your color from our sample book and we will take care of the rest!

Audio Visual
Sound System, Video projectors and screens, 60” TV, wireless microphones and more (see the full list),

Bartender
We will provide 1 licensed bartender for your event (alcohol purchase is extra). Need help figuring out how much alcohol to purchase? A free consult with our bartender is included!

Rehearsal
You may have a rehearsal for up to 2 hours during the week prior to your event, if the space and staff are available (weddings only).


CUSTOM PACKAGES

We also offer custom packages for services including event coordination, additional bartenders, service staff, outdoor tent rentals, hanging and removing artwork, custom furniture, decor rentals and more. We will gather information from you when you visit so we can put together a custom proposal.
